- We start on Wednesday, September 24th, at 4:00 p.m. with a welcome reception that will be held in the suite. We will communicate the suite number earlier that week.
- Thursday the 25th:
- Group breakfast is from 8:00 am to 8:45 am in the 7880 Restaurant (hotel restaurant).
- The meeting starts at 9:00 am in the Last Chance Ballroom
- Noon lunch provided
- 1:00 pm meeting restarts.
- 4:00 pm adjourns for the day.
- Ā Cocktail Hour at 5:00 pm in our suite and dinner served at 6:00 pm
- Friday the 26th:
- Group breakfast is from 8:00 am to 8:45 am in the 7880 Restaurant (hotel restaurant).
- The meeting starts at 9:00 am in the Last Chance Ballroom
- Noon lunch provided
